Andrew started working with Leon Max and Maxstudio when he was brought on by George Yu Architects, to be the Project Designer and Manager for their Maxstudio retail brand roll-out. From 2002 to 2005, working from the prototype created by George Yu, he designed and project managed more than two dozen stores nationwide. The stores included: full price street front stores (Philadelphia, PA), mall stores (Los Angeles, CA), outlet stores (Cabazon, CA), and the flagship retail store (New York, NY).
In 2005, Andrew opened LAND Design Studio. He was hired in a consultant position directly by Leon Max to act as an in-house retail designer and continue the project management and roll-out of the retail stores nationwide and in London. In that time, Andrew designed and oversaw the construction of more than thirty stores.
